  8. Admit that Pegasus Trucking, Inc. owned and operated the 2000 Freightliner with vehicle identification number (VIN) 1FUYSDYB2YLG96439 on May 11, 2004.
  9. Admit that Pegasus Trucking, Inc. owned and operated the the 2000 Freightliner with vehicle identification number (VIN) 1FUYSDYB2YLG96439 on May 11, 2004.
